  • Delivery of actual packages is unreliable. And what's worse, tracking info is often inaccurate, perhaps even falsified. That means that my packages from amazon routinely show as "delivered" on time, and then mysteriously show up a day or two later. More broadly, it means a.) you don't get your stuff on-time, but b.) there's no record of a problem. Beyond frustrating!
