We had been customers of Home Team since 2007. About 2 years ago my wife felt that the bi-monthly charge of ~$95 was too high. She found another company that offered $66 bi-monthly. She called Home Team to cancel. Home Team offered to match the $66, great! So we went 2 years happy. Then in December 2015 we had a service and got a call we hadn't paid, it was a mistake by us... We paid immediately. We didn't realized here in July 2017 that we hadn't had service since December. My wife called Home Team that she had seen some bugs. Home Team stated that we didn't pay the December 2015 bill. My wife looked at our records and stated that she did pay. Home Team then states that they saw that we did pay as stated. But, Home Team stated our service was canceled. My wife stated that it should not have been canceled. Home Team stated that we would have to start again at the $95 bi-monthly. After horrible customer service my wife and I decided that there are many other companies out there that care about their customers. So sad as we were very loyal customers since 2007!
