  • DON'T GO BEFORE THEY OPEN!! I got there 45 mins before opening just to wait another 2 hours in side. What I noticed is that an hour after they opened, there was no one in line (but about 100 people sitting). When I checked the numbers I would have waited the same amount of time if I had just came an hour after opening. Plus people smoke outside right next to you in line. Side note, The texting thing they do is good but mine was off by about 15 mins. They need to privatize the DMV. I rarely have to wait 3 hrs to give someone money!
