  • By far the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, with any type of service. The staff is the problem here- completely unprofessional with no understanding of how to keep it together in front of customers and work as a team. Every single person in my wedding problem had some kind of issue with this place, whether with alterations, picking up wrong suits etc. It was the single hardest and most frustrating part of my wedding planning. The prices were right but I would have paid double for better service. Do NOT go here, for anything. these guys need to be reported to regional management.
