If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Let me first talk about the first incident that happened in 2014. When I first bought my Cherokee limited jeep they sold me a vehicle that was already sold. They gave me chance to customize my jeep so I forgave them. Then in 2016 my check engine light came on. I brought it to the service department there. They "cleared" the codes and called me a few hours later to get it, then called me 30 mins later to tell me they CRASHED MY CAR. I waited almost two months to get my car back. They did provide me a rental during that time. When the car came back there was broken piece on the shift knob and they tried to give me back the car with a gap on the side still. They took another two weeks to fix it. The minute I drove off the lot and drove 30 miles the check engine light came on. I contacted them right away and they asked me to bring it in. This happens two more times. They finally cleared the code but did not test drive it to make sure it was okay. As I was driving on the freeway my car stopped accelerating and all my lights started flashing. I almost crashed. Needless to say I flipped a lid and they gave me another rental for a week as they REPLACED MY FIRST GEAR and fixed something with the transmission.
After all these experiences my husband still wanted to buy another vehicle from them because we felt our salesman was honest with us when we got the jeep. So on 11/21/16 we went to purchase a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram diesel 2500 mega cab. I had to go back to work so I filled out the application and left my husband there. We put 3500 dollars down just to have a vehicle delivered to him with really low air pressure in the tires, when the salesman put gas into the car it was overflowing even though when you turned the car on it still said low gas. He had to drive it home since I was at work. When he drove it the vehicle was shaky. The salesman said to bring it in when we I was off next to take a look at the gas pump and tires since we came too late the next day. I took the car to the gas station and was able to fill it up that time so we only worried about the tires and how they needed to be aired and balanced. The day after that the check engine light came on. The salesman's excuse was all trucks are like that and it "hiccups and burps" which causes the check engine light to come on. Knowing my past experiences with their vehicles I wanted my money back and my car I traded in so I could elsewhere to buy this. I kept refusing their offer of fixing the vehicle and wanted to go home with a refund unless they replaced it with a new vehicle. The salesman then asked me if I could even afford the vehicle and if that's why I was trading it in. I was there for over 5 hours with nothing to eat, I was drained, frustrated and was humiliated but them. They ended up fighting me to the end to just fix the vehicle. I finally said us because I knew how much my husband wanted this truck. I suggest anyone buying a sedan, SUV, or truck DO NOT COME HERE OR TO DESERT 215 their sister company. They treat their customers with disrespect, and are not honest or loyal and just want your money.
