  • Hello! I've been renting my house for nearly 8 years. Well, I received a notice informing me Wasim had been hired by the owners to take over from an "unnamed" horrible company! I jumped for joy not knowing who B&C was! My neighbor is a Realtor & said I'm in good hands! My hot water heater blew, water everywhere on a Fri night at 11 pm of coarse! Mon at 8 am I had a BRAND NEW hot water heater! No, let us send someone, order a part, go through warranty. Just fixed it! Highly impressed! Even got a email to ask of it was working properly. Been a few months now & boy what a difference it makes to have someone who takes care of you vrs just PAY ME! Cheers to another 2 years as I just extended my lease! Highly recommend wasim... (And no, I was not asked to write this, just too much negativity on here it feels good to say something nice!)
