I've been to this Nissan dealer a few times, but this was the first time I went after I popped a tire on my new 2017 Nissan Sentra. I actually didn't realize it was popped until I pulled into the Sheetz down the road. Luckily, I was able to make it down to the Nissan dealership without too much damage to my car.
I pulled into the dealership around 10 a.m., obviously without an appointment, but the staff was very eager to help and greeted me right away. Denise was super friendly, and was able to answer all my questions since I'm not super knowledgeable about cars. She even took me over to my car while the tire was being changed and showed me where it popped. While waiting for my tire to be fixed, there were probably four different people who came up to me in the lobby and asked if I needed anything, which I thought was really nice! The whole process took about an hour.
I will most definitely continue to visit this Nissan dealership whenever I have issues. I've only had positive experiences with this company, and am very happy with my new tire.
