  • Had a horrible experience with their service department. We kept hearing a ticking noise in my husbands truck and after 3 visits of saying nothing was wrong they told us we needed work done to the expense of $1300. By that time our warranty was expired and we believe they pushed it off so it wouldn't be covered. We ended up going to a local mechanic and his charge was $300. No more noise and the truck rides great.
