  • This place is the worst. I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima off if craigslist and it had the passenger side airbag light would occasionally blink and the driver side window would make a sound when trying to put the window down so I took it into have it serviced and they told me I would have to put out of pocket because the car was in a accident previously before I bought it so it has a salvaged title. Since it's a salvaged title it voided the warranty even though it's only 2yrs old and only has 18,867 miles. They took 2 hours to tell me that they couldn't help me. I was contacted by a salesman there asking when I brought my vehicle in that he wanted to take a look at it and asked if I would want to trade or sell it to the dealership and I said that I would think about it and we could discuss my options. Well when I showed up today the guy that texted me didn't even show up. I told the salesman that was helping me that I do not want to finance anything or have a car payment and they said lets see what we can do. Well long story short they ran my credit without my approval and contacted banks to see what deals they could offer after telling them plenty of times I don't want a payment or financing. They said they could only give me 3,000 for my car which is way low balling. They tried to make me feel like I made a bad decision on buying this car and that I don't take my daughters safety seriously. They try to take advantage of women. I told them I'm only talking to them because another salesman contacted me about my car because his buddy was looking for my exact type of car. I said I don't need to sell this car I was just wanting to see what deals they could offer. I will not refer anyone to this place. They are so shady it's mind blowing.
