rev:text	Monarch is a great company to work with. They have replaced a shingle roof on a rental property, the flat roof at my parent's home and are my go to company when a client is in need of a roof repair. Of course when it is rainy and everyone needs a roofer they may get backed up but they have always been great at communicating and billing well after the repair and I am happy with it. They always are clear what their warranties are and I have not had a bad experience with them yet and will continue to use them.
