Do not come here. We have been waiting for an hour and a half and the front desk ladies do no explain what the wait is for.
No customer service whatsoever.
Also, Dr. Yu seems as though he is just trying to get through as many patients as he can with no personalized care for each patient.
My grandfather has dementia, hence the reason he is visiting the neurologist. I specifically ask the front desk if they can call me when grandpa is finished with his appointment. His appointment is at 10am and when 1230 rolls around I'm staring at my phone waiting for them to call. I drive back to the neurology center and there I see grandpa waiting outside so patiently. I go in the office, obviously upset, and ask why they haven't called me when he was finished. African American Guy (didn't get their names) apologizes but African American lady starts by saying "that is not my responsibility, and how it was busy so she didn't have her time to call."
I was blown away! I can't wait to transfer grandpa things to another office because this office is so unpleasant.
