rev:text	This place doesn't deserve a star or let alone run a business. If you don't have time to read, just rent a car from the airport. The End. If you have time, I'll sum it up. After landing, we needed to take a bus to a location where there was a phone booth like station where we needed to request a van to come pick us up to bring us to the car rental location. My husband and I thought it was very interesting that the car rental place was inside a Sheraton in this 2 x 2 looking type of "office". Thankfully, someone was there b/c they have a sign about waiting if no one is there and if you're dropping off keys, to drop it off to the front desk. OK -- we get our car and go on our merry way. Keep in mind, we're not from Canada -- so, we're not familiar w/ the roads. We're driving and we ended up on the 407. We realized too late that it was a toll highway. Our friend told us that we would just be billed about 2 months later. OK -- fine. The car itself was fine...no issues during our week stay. Time to return the car! We did exactly what the print out says that was taped on the 2x2 office window in the Sheraton Hotel -- left it in the parking lot and dropped off the keys. NO ONE WAS AT THE 2x2 office FOR THE 20 MINUTES WE WERE THERE as we were waiting for the hotel shuttle to bring us back to the airport. OK -- we're back home in NYC and we got a phone call around 11am the next morning from E-Z asking us if we dropped off the car. We were so confused and said "uhh ... yes, we dropped it off at 5pm and left the keys w/ the front desk." The person had the audacity to say "oh well ... we were here the entire time." Unless there are ghosts in that 2x2 office, NO ONE WAS THERE. THE NERVE! OK -- gets better! Remember that we inadvertently ended up on the toll highway? WELL -- we got a letter in the mail that we owe $75!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "WHY?" you might ask. $15 for the toll (ok) and $50 for an infraction charge. A GOOD/DECENT CAR RENTAL COMPANY WOULD TELL SOMEONE WHO'S NOT FROM THE COUNTRY THAT IF YOU END UP ON THIS ROAD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $50. WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP on top of telling us that they were in their 2x2 office the entire time when they were NOT! STAY AWAY!!
