  • Last Feb (in 2015)....I went to NC Salon Downtown after a really bad botched Balayage job where the last stylist had no clue what he was doing. Raymond consulted with me literally the next day and assured me he could fix it, and he knew what he was doing. Sure enough, a week later, I went in for the fix....I sat there from 3pm to 10pm....I was his only client that day, and he did the most spectacular job! Worth every penny and 7 hours in the chair. In fact , they even fed me dinner and snacks and there was always a hot cup of David's tea. Since then, I've been back for root touchups (I have crazy colour resistant greys that need professional help), and hair cuts and full colours. The price isn't the least expensive, but it's definitely reasonable....they take their time with their work, they never rush you....and I found that if you aren't satisfied, they keep going till you are satisfied. It's HARD to find a hairstylist and team that listens....and Raymond and his team does. He's a keeper, I almost don't want to give him crazy good recommendations so that when I need a hair appointment, I can still book one without waiting weeks in advance.
