  • DC cupcakeries and bakeries need to take on a lesson from Grandma Freda. I squinted in disbelief. Then I doubted. I figured, well, if they're that cheap, they may not taste good. Oh Grandma Freda, you proved me wrong. I opted for the strawberry, red velvet and chai cupcakes. My favorite of the lot was definitely the chai (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/qLHGiayTfGYmHrHCRgzDCA?select=KKjBvSjR0si3QtLb7kO3Kg). Nice cake, moist and fluffy and not too sugary frostings = yum!
