  • Renter BEWARE! Very nice people to talk to but... Nothing will be disclosed about fees until you complete your application, it will seem nice because your told you only have to complete one, but.... for everyone 18 or older there is a $50 app fee, then when your all approved and excited about your new rental home they give you another blow... if you want a two year lease, it will still go up by 5% starting the 13th month, who knows how much if you only do a 1 year? Then your rent amount; asking price + tax + 2.5% admin fee every month! As if that wasn't enough, when I received the DocuSign lease online when you read down through everything even before you open the lease, at that time you find out $300 of your deposit (maybe more if higher deposit) is a non-refundable Admin fee! None of this will be disclosed to you before you have paid to submit your application. I will not sign with them and it cost me $100 in app fees to learn....BEWARE!
