  • If I can give no stars that would be cool cause this place deserves no stars. I called this place to get my A/C fixed or replaced on Tuesday 5/23/17. Waited all day for them to come on Thursday 5/25/17. Went outside to get the mail and they left a card saying they were here but he never rang the doorbell. I called and he said he knocked but I have a two story house you need to ring the doorbell. So we have to wait longer now with no A/C and it's getting hot. They FINALLY came on Saturday 5/27/17 but still not fixed, house is still hot and it's just getting hotter everyday. He said it's my compressor and he has to talk to some people then come back? It's been 2 weeks and they never came back. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE EVER! They never return your calls, they rather have you sit in a house that's hot as hell then help you. You people really don't care about other people like it's ridiculous that I have to wait 2 weeks for you guys to do nothing. Thanks for your "5 star service" you guys should really change your name to just "home service inc" cause you guys are not 5stars at all.
