My nail girl flaked on me twice and i was over it. My neice talked me into going to a shop by the house. That didn't last long either. Everytime i got a manicure they knicked my curicals, my nails were never the same length, they were always talking in Vietnamese and they were super lazy when it came to nail art. I got over it real fast.
I found The Mirror Mirror salon on Yelp and decided to give it a try as most the reviews were good. Some of the reviews even mentioned that they are "American Owned" and that was a huge selling point, as my boyfriend owns his own business. I love the little guy (or in this case, gal).
I got a gel manicure and Amber was my nail tech. I told her about the issues i had in the past and she was appalled. i showed her an idea i got off pintrest for my nails so she added her take to it and they came out adorable and my nails were the same length!
Some of the past reviews mentioned that the selection of gel polish being small. I agree, it is not as large as some of the other places. I like that their selection isn't huge. They do have just about any color you could want, but only a couple of each, which makes things much easier for me. It's harder to decide when i have too many choices.
Everyone was super nice and the salon is very clean. I will definitely be going back.
