  • It's frustrating that I can't give my experience there tonight less than a star! Product quality: very disappointing. The slab must have been warm and the result was a soupy mess. Unbelievable that I just spent almost $7 on THIS! The Staff: wow, unacceptable. Just because the two young female employees are wanting to flirt with two boys who came in after myself and the other patron, doesn't mean we want to be put onto the back burner. The girl that waited on me was visibly put out by having to make mine. Soooo...unenthusiastically she plopped toppings on and then stirred like one time. Instead of even scraping the marble she left a good portion of the toppings and ice cream. What a rip!!! SOOOO cheated right now. Love this place, been a huge supporter (literally huge)...but don't believe I'll be returning. Selfish that this location, that these non-caring employees ruin such a great thing. And $7...so mad about the waisted money!
