I love this mall in general. However, today I had a bad experience that makes me not want to go back ever again (at least not to the Dillard's side). I was shopping with my friend. We had just gotten there and we came into the mall through the top level Dillard's entrance. We began walking to our left, but immediately an OBNOXIOUS saleswoman from the Lionesse beauty store on our right began shouting "Ladies!" and when we ignored her, continued shouting "Ladies!!!" THREE TIMES to try and get our attention. By this point we were on the complete opposite (left) side with our backs turned to her. Isn't there some kind of mall rule against harassing people to buy mediocre beauty products if they're on the complete opposite side of the walkway? Unfortunately, I'm familiar with Lionesse from the beauty bars at PV Mall where I was practically forced to buy an exfoliator cream I never use. Overall, the behavior of this saleswoman was VERY unprofessional (she borderline made a scene shouting after us) and makes me not want to shop at the mall as a whole.
