  • Amazing venue for a wedding! We looked at several places throughout the Madison area, for our wedding reception. The Monona Terrace was always the front runner; and we're so happy we chose the Terrace! As the bride, you're predisposed to being very worried that all of the details won't be represented and the final product won't look like what you had imagined. Let me tell you, when I came downstairs to check out the decorations, tables, etc. everything was PERFECT! We chose the Community Terrace. There are broad Windows overlooking the Lake Monona and it was a large enough space for our guests. I can't get past how beautiful it all was! The staff, put in place, were all 10s!
