Something not so positive has changed in this store lately. The staff now treats guests as an imposition rather than a blessing. While in the restaurant this week I witnessed an interaction between a guest and management that never should have happened. The guest asked to speak to a manager after being charged double for his bowl because he expected it to be full, not overflowing, but full. The manager treated him with great indifference and was blatantly disrespectful.
I saw another guy being threatened with an up charge of $2.25 for a small side of corn salsa. He was told they would charge that if it wasn't inside the bowl. What kind of policy is that? It seemed like the staff was on a power trip.
Chipotle has lost me as a customer. Me and my money will not return! Adios!
