  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before an appointment they charge $225 but if you arrive 10 minutes early they stick you in a room for over an hour and never check on you. They expect you to just wait however long the doctor is, no matter what else you have to do that day. Irresponsibly overbooking the doctor's and they have horrible customer service when a problem arises.
