  • Lazy sales guys(with bad teeth) who don't even know what cars they have on their lot. I stopped here last February to see if they had a car in stock that I had seen on their internet site. Granted, it was cold outside, but after walking around their lot with the wife for 15 minutes, not a single sales person could have been bothered to come outside to see if we needed any assistance. So we went inside, where I inquired if they had the car I was seeking. "Sure, we'll bring it right up for you, Stay in here 'cause it's cold outside(duh, no kidding)." After waiting another 15 minutes for what we were told would be a "5 minute deal", we were told, no, in fact they did NOT have that car. I was also told the nearest car like the one I was interested in "was 300 miles away, what did I want them to do?". I left my information with them, as my wife had had enough and wanted to leave (she has no tolerance for slackers at car dealerships). NO followup EVer. Zero effort to sell a car. I don't know how they sell any cars. P.S.-I should mention this was the Cadillac dealership. Don't know what the Chevy dealership is like.
