  • The manager on duty, Rudy, should work at McDonald's vs. Mastro's. He is unprofessional. Not only was he rude to our party of 6 ladies who arrived in a vintage Rolls-Royce stretch limo to have a quick cocktail for our friend's 40th bday but he was also rude to the staff that works for him. I don't think Mastro's wants this guy associated with their brand. Investigation, reprimanding and/or training is warranted!
