They didn't have our reservation we made a month ago. We even came in and saw the manager face to face a week ahead of time and let him ( Michael) know how important it is that this is correct and taken care off. They didn't know anything out the managers arrangements and had no SUV for us. We are traveling across country to our sons military graduation and Hertz highly let us down. We called Micheal and he blamed it on someone else. He is the head manager of these stores. If you can't depend on him, who can you at Hertz. Don't rent a car here. We should had listened to the Red flag that came up when we saw him in the office and he was yelling at an elderly woman. She was being unreasonable but that shouldn't matter as a manager. Shame on Hertz!!?
