  • We came home from vacation to find our living room ceiling fan had unscrewed itself from the ceiling and was dangling from two electrical wires. I had been to Fanco to look about a month ago as all 4 of our ceiling fans were 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I called the Ft. Apache store and spoke with Megan. My main concern was removing the dangling one from the living room. Being seniors, neither my husband or I could handle it. Megan said let me make a call and see what I can do. She called me right back and said if I purchased them that day, Monday,they would be able to have all four installed on Tuesday. Went in and picked out the one I wanted and needed four as I wanted them to match. Of course, they were on back order. But Megan said, let me call the Craig and Tenaya store and see if they have them. She said I would have to pick them up. No problem. They had 4 left. Received the same excellent service at that location. That afternoon, Megan called and said the installers would be out between 3-5 on Tuesday. Tuesday, a little after 5 Sammy and Joaquin called to apologize for being late and that they were 17 minutes away. Two very nice and polite gentleman. The were polite and courteous and worked very well as a team. One started building fans while they other removed the old fans and started to install the new ones as they we done. They made sure we understood how the remotes worked before they left. Real professional. I could not believe all this was accomplished in a matter of 24 hours. Very impressed with Fanco and thrilled to have quiet fans with LED lighting, whisper quiet and no chains to pull. I will do business with them again in a heartbeat!
