I, too, am typically wary of hotel restaurants (usually way overpriced for the fare) but based on other reviews, I took a chance. I had a Caesar salad and the seared sea scallops. The latter were excellent and accompanied by some great fried smashed potatoes. Someone was trying to get too creative with the Caesar by adding shaved Brussels sprouts (I nixed those right at ordering), a slice of anchovy toast in lieu of croutons, and a dressing that was a bit too tangy for me. Altogether edible but not something I would order again.
The rest of the menu was interesting enough that I will return.
Prices are a little higher than average but not outrageous. Except for the iced tea. $4 (really)? One of those "poke you in the eye" items higher end restaurants always like to introduce.
