  • I've lived at Mountainside for about 8 months now. The amenities are nice (especially the pool areas) and the grounds are well kept. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of within 48 hours or less. The staff has always been friendly (old and new). We were surprised that there was an additional utility fee for pest control and common area electric when we received our first bill, but the small fees won't break the bank. We haven't had any major issues and I have & would recommend this community if you're looking in the Tukee area.
