  • I have never been to this panera before an I was in The area, I orderd the turkey apple an cheddar an autumn squash soup, I started eating my sandwich an our came a long strand of hair, ( not mine) I about gagged , manager did offer to make a new one but I was already nauseated, he told me sometimes it happens , Wow Really ... So then instead of giving me money back like I requested, have me a bagel an cream cheese...ugh needless to say I didn't even finish my soup. Too disgusted!
