  • Bait and switch with a few lies thrown in. We tried to buy the car.... But when we arrived (for a scheduled appointment), they had mysteriously sold the car we agreed on. No call to let us know. But it is probably for the best, since they also admitted that we couldn't actually get the car at the price we agreed.... This is everything people hate about car dealers. I can't say anything about the rest of the dealership, but stay away from John.
