  • Went to go see "Mad Max" here - great movie by the way!! The staff are very friendly but there were a few factors that lead me to have a half pie experience. Things that the staff could not control though! 1. There was no ice cream left!!! Absolutely none! 2. The movie was out of focus causing it to be blurry for the whole duration it was hella annoying.... The movie was too good for me to leave anytime and notify staff so I just had to sit through it and forget about the bad resolution.... After the movie, we told customer service and they were very apologetic, we scored free tickets for next time and we were also informed that if anything seems out of focus to go tell staff straight away as they can fix it pretty easily! Just wish there was a staff member in the theatre from the beginning to check that the screen was up to par. How were we supposed to know that this problem could be fixed in a second!!
