  • Went to mail a package with one of the free boxes. They were out of the packing slips and all I needed was tape, I arrived right at closing time and there was an employee still working and was able to see what I were doing. I calmly tried to ask for tape, the working employee screamed at me saying that they were closed and refused to acknowledge my presence for the next 15 minutes. I hope that refusing our 10 second request was worth the terrible customer service that was provided
