| - We brought our ipad2 here because we dropped it and cracked the screen and this place offered the best prices in town. Well, you get what you pay for I guess. When we first dropped it off, they told us it would take a couple hours so we could pick it up later that evening or in the morning. We live out in Henderson and about 6pm my husband decided to drive back out there to pick it up. He got there and was told it wasn't done and it was because he told them he would come in the morning, so they didn't even try to have it done, not true. They tried to cover by saying they had guys staying late so it would definitely be done in the morning. What happened to the "it will just take a couple hours" they told us when we dropped it off? So I went back the next day to pick it up, had to use their ATM because they take cash only, picked up the iPad and was on my way. Now, this next part is my fault for not thoroughly inspecting and checking their work before I left, but when I got home the home button wasn't working and a piece of the frame was missing on the edge of the glass. My husband and I both work full time and have an 18 month old and this place isn't exactly around the corner. It took me about a week to find time to drive back out there but luckily I still had the receipt which states you have a 14 day warranty. So I drive back out and tell them the problems. For the cracked frame, they said that just "happens sometimes". What?? It wasn't like that when I dropped it off... And for the button, they said "oh we can fix that, I'll hook you up on the button repair." Seriously? You guys broke it!! It worked perfectly fine before I dropped it off. Anyway, I again got the "give us a couple hours and we'll have it for you." I told them my husband would pick it up after work around 4. They said it would be ready then. It wasn't. And when he stopped they made it sound like it was a big project because "there were a few wires that weren't connected to anything." This just shows the quality of their work. We stopped the next day at 10am and were told "he's finishing it up right now." 30 minutes later it was finally done. The button works now, sort of. If you push too hard, the whole thing sinks in. There's no tension underneath. This place clearly has a time management issue. They advertise repairs in 20 minutes, but what they really mean is at least a day and you will probably have to bring your device back to have them fix problems they created by rushing through and doing poor work. Next time I need a repair done, I will spend a little extra money to go somewhere that does a quality job the first time.
