  • Not sure how this place got so many low ratings, since every time I've been here, they've been great, and that includes pre-holidays with masses of people who have apparently never sent anything before. The place is conveniently located, but the first time you go, you'll have to watch for it, the signage isn't great and the parking lot is away from the front door. However, it's also big and clean and open later than most. The people have always been nice and very customer oriented. They don't give you any crap over getting the FedEx shipping materials (always free). And unlike the USPS, my stuff always gets to where it's going in a reasonable timeframe (and often for less money these days).
