The interior decor and the Dragon Pearl dessert specialty are what sets this restaurant apart from other Chinese buffet restaurants.
Stepping into the place, it's different. Decor is in grand proportion. The dim lighting and layout are unique for a buffet restaurant.
After the initial oohs and awe were settled I evaluated the food without bias. There are some notable items here at lunch that give the buffet good value.
The Prime Rib, BBQ chicken, Roasted chicken, Terriyaki Salmon, BBQ pineapple
all were excellent.
Everything else though was pretty mediocre tasting.
An okay choice of a restaurant if you're selective and don't go crazy putting everything on your plate.
