  • NJ native here as well. The pizza is super salty. I actually felt my blood pressure go up! Not sure if it was the sauce or cheese. The cheese was mushy and the dough actually tasted and smelled musty. . Not sure if it's their water or the flour? Overall it's better than most Arizona pizza but not the best. Definitely not up to east coast standards.
