  • My Color laser printer died on me and everyone I talked to said maybe I can fix it but unless you bring it to my office it is going to be at least 2 service calls and parts. Since my printer is over 200 pounds I wasn't going to be taking it anyplace. Then I found John at A Laser Printer Professional told him my problem and the error code and he said no problem I can get the part and do it in one visit. He came to my house and in 15 minutes had my printer taken apart into what looked like 50 or 60 pieces put the new part in and had it all done and back together again in about an hour. I saved a lot of money and trouble would definitely recommend.
