  • Unbelievable customer service! In a good way! I've used them a couple other times and they were able to resolve my issues quick (within 36 hours max) and at a very reasonable cost. They are super friendly and very attentive to your concerns. Being fairly technologically inept, I know it can probably be frustrating to be those guys and listen to someone like me babble about what they think is happening. I just brought my mothers laptop in. It was running very slow and many programs wouldn't open. The laptop was only a year old and minimally used so something was fishy. They ran a free diagnostic test and hard drive test and determined it was the McAfee antivirus that was bogging it down. Since Windows already comes with an antivirus, they just uninstalled McAfee and it runs great! They didn't even charge me a dime! I cannot recommend this place enough!
