  • I love the concept but the stores are just ok. They have very common stores and it seems that their focus is on a middle to average income base which is great. However, I wish they had a little more variety. My suggestion would be to incorporate more independent boutiques (like some of the Summerlin stores, although I'm not a huge fan of most of them there) or have a department store or trendy places to shop at or even high end place like a Barney's Coop. The restaurants are ok but I would love to see them add some smaller cafes or simple brunch spots.
