  • Aaron is top notch. My pool was in disrepair and had some issues that my former pool service guy had failed to identify. The pool was a constant stressor for me, and I felt out of control and so lost as to how to fix it. Aaron was very confident and reassuring. He immediately handled some advanced plumbing issues and troubleshooted the pool's inefficiencies, demonstrating competence and problem-solving abilities that exceeded my expectations. I felt like I had answers for the first time in over a year that actually made sense. His pricing was incredibly fair and transparent. He had no problem dealing with my automated electronic system, whereas previous pool services did not want to assist me with it. I'm happy to report that the results have been phenomenal! Within the first week of hiring Aaron, the pool had never looked better! I am now three weeks out from hiring Aaron, and it just keeps getting better. He even removed the rocks from the bottom of my pool. The water is crystal clear, and the system is working well. We have some projects to address in the coming months, but unlike past experiences I've had, Aaron is realistic about timelines and honest about what needs to be done now versus later. As a major plus, he has no issue caring for my pool in light my very active golden retriever; my last pool guy really resented the dog hair, but Aaron doesn't mind at all and clearly loves dogs. He uses high quality chemicals (not just shock that you have to wait to dissolve), so that everything is safe for people and pets. It makes me feel comfortable to know that I have a pool guy who supports and likes dogs and is mindful of pet safety when administering chemicals I am so thankful to have found Aaron and simply cannot say enough positive things about his services. Thank you, Aaron, for making our pool (and my stress levels) better!!!
