Worst experience ever with Internet and customer service. Had to call several times, talk to numerous people over and over, before they got an issue straightened out once. Had to file two complaints with the FCC before they fixed numerous errors THEY made. Closed my account, and they reopened another account in my name, without my authorization, billed me, and tried to continue deducting money from my bank! Then, their customer service "supervisor" told me, "that's what happens when you close your account and go to Cox!"
RUN, don't walk, away from doing business with this company! Had to give 1 star, but they deserve a NEGATIVE 5 stars.
