  • My sales person, Joe Pignatello was both very knowledgeable on the various vehicles we discussed, and incredibly helpful. We were buying a new car for my mother, and this was a very difficult process for her as my father had recently passed away and she had never had to do anything like this without him. Joe was very patient and took his time explaining everything, and it was honestly the best new car buying experience that I ever had. Everyone else at the Toyota of Surprise dealership was also very nice and helpful. Although this is not the closest Toyota dealership to my home, I will not hesitate to go back when it is time to purchase our next vehicle. We have multiple Toyota's in our family and have always been pleased with their reliability, so I know the time for a new purchase will not be far away. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a Toyota go see Joe Pignatello in Surprise.
