I LOVE Vietnamese food... I am always trying new ones in every part of the valley so naturally I had to give this one a review.
Service: They can't tell you what's in the dishes... Typical to vietnamese/pho restaurants, service isn't 5-star. When I asked what was in the "house sauce" they told me that they didn't know and that none of the servers knew because they weren't the ones in the kitchen making it.... OK.
Food: Really good! A lot of different options. I had the #11 pho with brisket and flank steak but added rare steak. Lots of meat so that's always good. I didn't even try the broth before adding a bunch of basil, jalapeƱos, sriracha and chili paste so I can't comment on that.
Drink: Their wine list is pretty great for a pho place. They also have great prices on the bottles so that's always a plus!
I probably would eat here again if I was in the area but definitely not a place I'd go out of my way to eat at. They're also open much later than most pho so that's another reason to return.
