  • Used car shopping experience was horrible. They pulled my credit and we went through hours of negotiating. We finally hit a comfortable number and both managers, let me repeat, both managers confirmed my set payment amount. The next day I go back to sign and I'm told that I wasn't approved for the vehicle by a third manager. Talk about frustration. I just got up and left. Don't get your hopes up to high with these people when it comes to negotiating. Get all of the manager to check each others work and final numbers. The positive is that I did end up getting the same make and model of car, for a better price, at another dealership the following day.
