  • The manager here is friendly and very down to earth. I used to work as an EE on MacBooks and took mine here (broken display), and while we were chatting I could tell he had a lot of experience with them. They also got my diagnostic back within the SAME DAY, whereas their competitor Simply Mac was rude to me and also quoted me 10 business days and $15 more for the fee (what?). So personally I'm very glad I opted to check these guys out instead, they are experienced, competent, and nice.
