A few years ago I received direct mail announcing the opening of this office by Dr. Boucher. As I was tired of the upsell attempts for $30K smile revamp at OPD (and rough work, likely unnecessary procedures as I've learned from others telling my same story) I was glad to have an option for a female dentist.
Dr. Noah is currently heading up this facility. I've had one visit with him so far. Overall, people here in my view are newer/younger and therefore include customer service as part of your experience and don't aim just to bleed you and your insurance for every penny to pay for the equipment. They aim to please and meet your needs.
TIP 1 - If paying cash you'll get a 5% discount.
I have a couple dental hygienist friends but keep my inherited soft teeth and quirky gums at Odana Hills Dental because it's nice. Waiting area is warm and inviting, and you never wait more than a couple of minutes for your hygienist. It's downright cozy. See the pics they've posted! Someone seems to have put thought into making the environment serene knowing most people are stressed at the dentist.
I got assigned Curtis as my hygienist and will stick with him. He is totally adorable as well as knowledgable and gentle with the cleaning.
TIP 2 - Check in on Yelp when you arrive. There's a free gift for you!
Lots of competition in Madison for your dentist directed dollars, but do yourself a favor and make an appointment at Odana Hills Dental.
