DON'T GO HERE!
To make it short: I had a complaint about transparency of their contracts and their sales agents not communicating them. JOSEPH GEBRAYE (store manager) first told me his employees are trained and did communicate them. Then he back stepped and told me he wasn't there and didn't know. Then he told me I lacked common sense and it was my responsibility for asking about such things.
I asked them to change my contract before signing it and they said they didn't have to thus charging me for an extra day.
He refused to apologize or show empathy for anything and would just smile or laugh at me.
I have never complained about service and this is the first time I've ever had to and gotten really upset.
You can't spell Avoids without AVIS!!!
