  • Called Wildfire at 7:15PM on Saturday; asked for an 8PM reservation... gentleman by the name Shaun said sure come in, there's no dress code. Show up at 8:02PM; line-up out the door... They're seating people since 7:00PM... and they don't have my reservation, ask me to wait 30 minutes (at least). They even knew the name of who took my reservation while shaking their heads talking to each other. Didn't offer anything, no sympathy, nothing. TERRIBLE customer service. Won't be going back.
