  • This complex is overpriced because of all the "add-on" fees they charge. Whatever they quote you for rent, be sure to add a bunch on for extras. These include monthly pet fee, gas fee, water, administration fee, trash fee, building maintenance fee, etc. Now today we received notice they are going to charge a pest control fee and an electric fee for common areas! Are you kidding me?! They will nickel and dime you to death! I will say the maintenance crew is friendly yet professional. We are moving ASAP.
