  • Moved to AZ few months ago and centurylink was one of few options for internet services. I immediately regret my decision. The rate I was quoted at with my confirmation number on the transaction does not match up with my bill. My bill for last 2 months has been 3x what it is suppose to be. And I've called and online chatted numerous times and keep getting bull shit excuses. I'm fed up and looking to get out.
